HOWARD NIU

Howard Niu is a recent graduate from UC Berkeley’s Nuclear Engineering department. Upon graduation, he interned at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s National Security and International Affairs division. With the knowledge and experience in public policy and nuclear engineering, he plans to further his research in nuclear forensics and weapons policies with NPWG.
