Yubing Tian is a 4th year undergraduate at UC Berkeley double majoring in Economics and Peace & Conflict Studies; minoring in Global Poverty and Practice. Her academic and professional interests include human rights law and development economics. She was drawn to NPWG as she is interested in exploring the intersection of nuclear policy and non-state actor accountability.
