Julian Bellavita is a Sophomore Undergraduate Student at UC Berkeley, majoring in Economics and minoring in Public Policy. He is a member of the UC Berkeley Policy Debate Team. His research interests include US-Russia nuclear arms control and arms control of anti-satellite weapons.
