Gabriel Kelvin is a fourth-year undergraduate political science student at UC Berkeley with an emphasis in quantitative methods and minor in public policy. He is an undergraduate fellow for the Nuclear Safety Science Consortium and UCDC Presidential Public Service Fellow. His academic interests include workforce and social mobility policy, cyber defense, political behavioral modeling, and open policy analysis/data visualization.
