Dustin Rice

Dustin Rice is a second-year Honors College student at Michigan State University’s James Madison College of Public Affairs. Rice is concentrating his studies in International Relations and is pursuing minors in Western European Studies and the German language. His passion for history has led him to study American-German relations, Cold War European politics, and the growing influence of non-state actors on the global stage. Rice is particularly interested in American diplomatic relations, intelligence, international business and the future benefits of nuclear technology in energy and medicine.
