Spenser Warren

Spenser Warren is a second-year junior studying International Relations and Russian at Michigan State University’s James Madison College of Public Affairs. He is a professorial assistant through the Michigan State Honors College, working alongside Dr. Anthony Olcott and assisting Dr. Olcott with research on the intelligence community, big data, and decision science. Spenser has conducted his own research on Eastern European security, terrorism, and intelligence. Spenser is an Assistant Chair of the Special Political and Decolonization Committee of Michigan State University Model UN and a competing member of the Michigan State University International Relations Organization. His interests in nuclear policy include nuclear nonproliferation, MAD and NUTS theories, and emergency management.
