Kaitlyn is an undergraduate double-major in Global Studies (Peace and Conflict) and Russian language, and is interested in foreign policy, security, human rights, and US-Russia relations. She also competes on UC Berkeley’s Model United Nations travel team and is a founding member of the philanthropic student group Berkeley with Ukraine, which formed in response to the Feb 24 Russian invasion. Off-campus, she enjoys backcountry camping and hiking to see local wildlife and landscapes.
