Nathaniel Mahowald is pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Physics at UC Berkeley, where he is active in the journalism community and does data analytics for an international relations research group that focuses on preventing the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Previously, Nate attended Shrewsbury High School in Massachusetts, where he spent much of his time engaged in the debate community. He was debate captain and competed on the national level for all four years of his tenure, after which he continued teaching debate at Capitol Debate summer camps.
