Cost-Benefit Analysis of Nuclear Weapons with Dr. Acland

We are pleased to host Dr. Dan Acland, a behavioral economist and Assistant Adjunct Professor at the Goldman School of Public Policy. He will be informing and challenging our understanding of what it means to perform a cost-benefit analysis of nuclear weapons arsenal acquisition and maintenance.
