Nuclear Proliferation and Latency in East Asia with Jooeun Kim

We are delighted to host Jooeun Kim, a PhD candidate in international relations at Georgetown University who is also a nuclear security predoctoral fellow at Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation for 2016-17. She will be discussing nuclear proliferation and latency with regards to North Korea, South Korea, and Japan.
