Nuclear Command and Control with Brian Radzinsky

Brian Radzinsky, a PhD student at George Washington University's Institute for Security and Conflict Studies, will discuss nuclear command and control technology systems, the history and types of control (positive and negative), and the current NC3 system. We'll also be hosting members of the American Nuclear Society Cal Club.
