Pavel Velkovsky is an undergraduate student studying Political Science and French at UC Berkeley. His academic interests include studying the causes of civil conflict, and the foundations of the welfare state. He is interested in the expansion of the use of nuclear energy to address climate change. Outside of class, he enjoys climbing and doing trivia nights.
