JOE BOWER

Currently working towards Masters of Engineering Degree, with focus on Small Modular Reactor implementation strategies.  Worked extensively with Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration investigations as a research assistant. Graduated 2009 with a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois.  Then served four years active duty in the United States Army, deploying in the last phase of Iraq as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer and serving in Homeland Defense operational roles at Fort Riley, KS.  Transferred into the Inactive Ready Reserves as a Captain in 2013.
