Kody Emanuels is an undergraduate studying rhetoric with an emphasis on public discourse. She is currently taking part in research with the Human Rights Center at Berkeley Law in counter-terrorism using open source investigative techniques. Her interests include public discourse, human rights, international relations, and nuclear deterrence. In her free time, she reads the news in French and English, explores the Bay area, and writes lists.
