Julie Stabile is currently a first year graduate student at the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. She graduated from the United States Naval Academy and commissioned as an Ensign in the Navy in May, 2014. At Annapolis, she majored in Aerospace Engineering and History. After completing her Master of Public Policy degree, she will head to Nuclear Power School and then serve in the submarine community.
